Former Democratic Party Press Secretary Endorses Gary Johnson for President

Gary Johnson has won the endorsement of a man who once worked at the center of the Democratic Party. A self-described life-long “professional Democrat,” Terry Michael has thrown his support behind the Libertarian Party’s White House nominee. He argues that Thomas Jefferson, the founder of the Democratic Party, would be supporting Johnson in this race. Michael currently runs the Washington Center for Politics and Journalism. He announced his endorsement in an article for reason.com, the on-line publication of the Reason Foundation.
