A couple months ago, we wrote about “Seeing Red about the Blue Book,” the controversy surrounding outgoing Secretary of State Mary Herrera’s decision to publish the state’s annual “Blue Book,” which provides an overview of New Mexico government, history and information, in the final days of her term.
